## Our verdict

Vmaker records your screen and camera, saves the video to the cloud and gives you a link. Viewers can open it without an account, and you see viewer insights on every plan. Paid plans add webcam, computer audio and drawing while recording, and the editor includes AI subtitles.

The free plan is very limited. The pricing page allows 1-minute recordings with a watermark, no downloads, and no webcam or computer audio. Some older Vmaker pages still describe a more generous free plan, so check before you rely on it. Starter costs $216 a year and still caps recordings at 30 minutes.

If you mainly send short video messages, [Loom](/reviews/loom/) allows 5-minute videos on its free plan. For polished tutorials, [Tella](/reviews/tella/) or [Camtasia](/reviews/camtasia/) fit better.
