## Our verdict

Tango captures each click as a screenshot with a short label, so a process becomes a guide while you do it. You can share it by link or embed it in a knowledge base. On Pro, colleagues can follow it on screen with Guide Me, and you can see who viewed it.

The free plan works for a first look, but it keeps only 5 workflows in the team library and can't export. Pro costs $264 a year per user for one or two people and $180 for teams of three or more. It adds the desktop app, branding, exports and video embeds. Branching paths are Enterprise only.

Tango doesn't record screen video. For video guides with a voiceover, look at [Guidde](/reviews/guidde/). [Scribe](/reviews/scribe/) is the closest alternative for written guides, and its free plan also shows view counts.
