## Our verdict

Chairkick is a browser-based recorder for quick updates. You record your screen, a window or a tab with your camera, and the link is on your clipboard when you stop. Viewers watch and comment without an account. You can cut mistakes by deleting words from the transcript, and recordings go up to 4K.

There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial. Pro costs $72 per recorder a year, and people who only watch don't count toward the bill. Recordings are limited to 2 hours, and whether you can capture full system audio depends on your browser and operating system.

If you want a free plan, look at [Loom](/reviews/loom/) or [Cap](/reviews/cap/). If you need system audio on both Mac and Windows from a desktop app, [Zight](/reviews/zight/) documents it for both.
